Errata for No Fluff Just Stuff 2006 Anthology

#26321: A misconception in RegularExpressionInputStream.java lets the Stream bypass a matching pattern in the first line (will transform all matching patterns but pattern(s) in first line)

The following code snippet seems to correct the problem:

#26801: The decorator diagram doesn't show well in the PDF version. I suggest that it is redrawn with a diagramming tool. Its current rendering suggests that it is a scanned bitmapped or was created with an inappropriate tool.--Peter Sommerlad
